Tropical Storm Bill, the second named storm of the Atlantic season, formed further to the east and forecasters said they expected it to strengthen.
As Tropical Storm Ana moves towards the west of the Atlantic, a tropical storm watch is issued by the government of Netherland Antilles, particularly for St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius.
In the mean time, Tropical Storm Bill is continuing its formation in the east and it is predicted that it will continue to gather strength. Watch the video below for more details.
