Warner Robin that is on top. There was so much drama on the second day of the World Series and Warner Robin hopes to win the title just as they did back in 2007.
The team has been doing very well this season and has a lot to celebrate; winning the Little League World Series 2009 will be the icing on the cake for them. According to huliq.com, Warner Robin is the only city to have won both the boys and girls Little League World Series titles.
The boys have already made a great start by beating Mercer Island, Washington 10-2 on Friday. It was Justin Jones who helped the team take the win with some strong hitting and pitching, he managed to strike out five hitters. The son of manager Randy Jones only allowed three hits in the game.
